Abstract
To inhabit the structure, two concrete houses, summarizes the design experience of two houses whose structure, built in exposed reinforced concrete, creates the order of the inhabited space. The experience of these constructions has helped to feel the way in which the interior spaces of these houses relate to the exterior space, creating different types of transitions and spatial experiences. The way in which reinforced concrete is worked in both cases also qualifies inhabiting the space from its haptic and optical conception. Above these considerations, the projected structural system defines the two houses, clearly distinguishing the more public and open spaces from the more private ones, in a transition defined by the structure.
