Similarity policy

Anales de Edificación regards plagiarism as a very serious offence. Plagiarism in all forms, self-plagiarism, multiple or redundant publication, and data fabrication or manipulation constitute serious ethical failings and are considered scientific fraud. The journal uses the Turnitin software to manage potential academic misconduct and identify unoriginal content or instances of overlapping and similar text in submitted or published manuscripts.

All authors must ensure that the data and results reported in the manuscript are original and have not been copied, fabricated, falsified or manipulated.  Authors must not submit to Anales de Edificación any manuscript that is simultaneously under consideration by another publisher and must not submit their manuscript to another publisher until they are notified that it has been rejected or have voluntarily withdrawn it from consideration.

Responsibility of the authors

• Anales de Edificación does not charge authors for processing or publishing an article and provides immediate Open Access to its content.
• All Authors are expected to help in the peer review process by reviewing at least 3 papers. We reserve the right to decline to consider papers from potential Authors who are too busy or unwilling to take part in the peer review process.
• The Journal expects that all the authors have significantly contributed to the research sent for evaluation, and that all data included in their articles are real and authentic. in the same way, we remind you that it is Forbidden to publish same research in more than one journal.
• The authors have the obligation to present the List of References at the end of the paper and to state any financial support in their research.
• The Journal urges all authors to make changes suggested by the referees when a paper is accepted for publishing
• All authors are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes.
