Resumen
Del análisis de los resultados del estudio del estado de conservación de las 86 fachadas de Cehegín, se obtiene que la mayoría de los edificios de vivienda estudiados con grado 2 o 3 de protección son inmuebles con un estado de conservación medio en sus fachadas, desde su última rehabilitación han transcurrido más de 50 años, con daños generalmente en acabados y un nivel de deterioro bajo.
Abstract
From the analysis of the results of the study of the state of conservation of the 86 facades of Cehegín, it is obtained that the majority of the housing buildings studied with grade 2 or 3 of protection are real estate with an average state of conservation in their facades, from their Last rehabilitation has lasted more than 50 years, with damages generally in finishes and a low level of deterioration.
