Abstract
The concrete in architecture, its capacity to incorporate qualities, is the key to an educational proposition based on material experimentation for architectural students. This allows a strategy that encompasses all levels, from undergraduate to master’s degree. The proposal linked to the degree of Fundamentos de la Arquitectura at ETSAM is explained in detail through Experimental Workshops I (Materia y Espacio) and II (Hormigón Concreto). The development of multiple editions of the Workshops makes it possible to verify that the much-desired transversality in learning occurs in them naturally.
