Due to the need to generate and obtain comfortable buildings, this work studies a building built approximately in the year 1630 located in the city of Ayacucho, in the Peruvian Mountain Range which architecture responds to a vernacular style; in order to analyse its characteristics of design and use of materials to know its efficiency with respect to climatic factors. As part of this process, other factors that could influence the execution of the property were also identified, such as social and economic factors in order to know if these factors were translated into a sustainable architecture of the building. As part of the study, it was necessary to search any kind of information about the existence of contemporary architecture buildings that have used design strategies that respond to the aforementioned factors.
Resumen
Debido a la necesidad de generar y obtener edificaciones confortables, es que este trabajo estudia un inmueble construido aproximadamente en el año 1630 ubicado en la ciudad de Ayacucho, en la sierra peruana cuya arquitectura responde a un estilo vernáculo; con el objeto de analizar sus características de diseño y uso de materiales para conocer su eficiencia con respecto a los factores climáticos. Como parte de este proceso, se identificaron también otros factores que pudieron influir en la ejecución de dicho inmueble, como son los factores sociales y los económicos y poder conocer si estos factores se tradujeron en una arquitectura sostenible en la edificación. Como parte del estudio también se buscó información sobre la existencia de edificaciones de arquitectura contemporánea que hayan usado estrategias de diseño que respondan a los factores anteriormente mencionados.
