El Perfil urbanístico de los municipios

Resumen

Siempre ha sido preocupación de los humanos el tratar de sintetizar lo más posible los hechos reales, para poder percibirlos con mayor facilidad, más aún si estos son complejos y hay una gran dificultad para entenderlos de una sola vez.

El hecho de sintetizar lleva implícito el riesgo de equivocarse, puesto que hay que elegir y después valorar las características del elemento sintetizado.

A pesar de todo, hemos asumido el riesgo de tratar de sintetizar en un solo gráfico lo que hemos llamado Perfil Urbanístico del término municipal, ámbito que consideramos el más característico en la aplicación del planeamiento urbanístico.

Consideramos que el gráfico conseguido como consecuencia de esta pequeña investigación, tiene más valor como instrumento para realizar comparaciones entre individuos de un colectivo relativamente homogéneo, que para establecer valoraciones absolutas, aunque podría ser un camino para llegar a ello.

Visto el trabajo desde el final, se podría decir que su máximo interés, si es que tiene alguno, está en haberse enfrentado con el tema y haber seguido un método que deja la puerta abierta a posteriores trabajos de investigación que culminen la labor aquí iniciada.

Abstract:

It has always been a human concern trying to synthesize real facts as much as possible, so that they are more clearly perceived, especially if these facts are complex and difficult to understand at once.

The fact of synthesize implies a risk of making mistakes, as first we have to choose and then to value the characteristics of the synthesized element.

However, we have tried to summarize up in one graphic, what we have called "Urban profile" of the municipality; a field we have considered the most characteristic of urban planning.

We think that the graphic obtained as the result of this research work, is more useful for comparison between parts of a relatively homogeneous collective, than for the establishment of absolute valuations, though it might be a way to achieve it.

Taking a look over the work done, it might be said that the main interest is having faced the subject and followed a method that leaves the door open for further research works which will complete the analysis.
